This is for you if you are taking on projects and need expertise and support that's outside of your team's regular wheelhouse. We simply flesh out a work plan with clear deliverables to account for the labor and expertise you want to directly outsource to me.
This is perfect when you're mandated to create a new course (possibly from scratch) and need help designing it or coming up with relevant content. I'm often solicited as a subject-matter expert and course designer at different stages of an online course's development.
If you have a grant to conduct research that will empower our community and are looking for other melanin-rich subject-matter experts, I'm more than happy to contribute to your body of work as co-researcher as well.
